Cardex guarantees the freshness of our products by using the most modern equipment in the industry.  This equipment allows us to have the cardamom ready for shipment within two weeks after it is harvested in the fields.   The quality and quantity of our machinery and the efficiency of our personnel guarantees more than 6,000 tons of cardamom exported per year, making us the largest exporter of cardamom worldwide.  

More than 90 percent of the cardamom from Guatemala is harvested between the month of October and the month of April of the following year.  Our facilities allow us to process and export up to two thousand tons per month.  Our large processing capacity will guarantee prompt shipment and maximum availability of cardamom throughout the year.
